WASHINGTON SUPREME COURT ORDER SUSPENDS RULES REQUIRING IN-PERSON ADMINISTRATION OF OATHS

The Washington Supreme Court issued an emergency order on April 2nd, 2020, temporarily suspending the rules that require in-person administration of oaths and affirmations in order to support the immediate goal of social distancing.

DEPOSITIONS VIA COMPLIMENTARY & SECURE REMOTE VIDEO CONFERENCING AND TELECONFERENCING CONNECTIONS

Each participant will need a computer, tablet, or other mobile device, as well as a high-speed Internet connection. Attendees can participate in the deposition from the comfort of their own home while we all continue to practice social distancing.
