Buell Realtime Reporting team member Brook Young headed to Chicago to attend the annual National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) Convention and Realtime Systems Administrator (RSA) workshop. The conference was held at the Hilton Hotel in downtown Chicago from August 4-7. The NCRA Convention & Expo is the largest annual gathering of court reporters, videographers and other legal professionals on new and emerging technologies.

The Realtime Systems Administrator program is constantly evolving as technology advances. The challenging course agenda provides in-depth training on the inner workings of realtime technology and invaluable troubleshooting solutions. Attendees engaged in hands-on real-world scenarios utilizing and troubleshooting all types of litigation software, including:

Serial Products - LiveNote, CT Summation, CaseViewNet, Bridge, and Denoto
Streaming Products - LiveNote Stream, LiveDeposition, Cameo II, and SpecHE

At the conclusion of the workshop, Brook took the practical assessment exam, developed and implemented by the absolute experts within the field. We are proud to announce that Brook passed the exam, earning the NCRA Realtime Systems Administrator Certificate.
