With realtime reporting, you will receive an instant feed of the deposition testimony directly to your laptop computer. The client is able to walk away with a rough draft transcript at the conclusion of the deposition.

Using realtime, you can search the transcript, mark or highlight testimony for later review or questioning, and generate reports at any time during the proceeding.

At Buell, our team of experienced court reporters provide wireless realtime connections using Bluetooth© technology. Software includes LiveNote™, CaseViewNet®, and LiveDeposition programs. We can also stream the realtime transcript over a secure feed to your legal team anywhere in the world using our web-based streaming capabilities.

Buell will provide a laptop or iPad for your realtime deposition, upon request.

With a transcript order at the time of the deposition, our standard transcript turnaround time is 7-10 business days within Western Washington. Transcript delivery in other geographic areas may fall outside this delivery time frame.
